I arrived in Havana in 1994, where I lived until 2020. During this time, Cuba has changed radically, a lot in some things and little in others, which is reflected in a heterogeneous society made up of superimposed strata from different eras. This book shows the passage of time and the reality of Cuban society. There are photographs that dilate the diaphragm to show details that would go unnoticed, on other occasions the depth of field opens so that the viewer can analyze a complex reality full of nuances. At the same time, paragraphs are frequently included as comments in the form of anecdotes, filled with a sense of humor full of sensitivity and affection, but without artifice or deception. It is a completely different publication from most of those published.
